Так уж повелось, что если группа собралась играть джазовый прог-дэт, то самым явным референсом становится творчество Cynic, и случай Fractal Universe не стал исключением. В целом, “Interfering Spherical Scenes”, это более модерновый вариант Cynic с небольшим привкусом Opeth. Но группа не бездумно копирует, а всё-таки пропускает исходники через призму собственного виденья и модернизирует их. В общем, получился добротный трек на тему космичности, так излюбленной современными прог-дэтстерами.
